Great place to shop. Good store lay out ,plenty of room between product aisles. Very helpful and efficient staff who always walk you to the location of items you have requested. Excellent range of products an many categories from food and drink to clothing and household items. Their products are great quality even the Value range. Plenty of options re payment with the self service option allowing for quick passage through the store if only a few items are needed.
The only drawback is the lack of changing room facilitues. I feel it s best to be able to try clothing before you purchase. I would have thought the Covid related restrictions would have been lifted by now.
However overall a visit to Tesco Extra is very rewarding. There are plenty of parking spaces outside and access to the store caters for all levels of mobility.
Lot of stock missing, empty shelves . High prices . Some verging on rip off . Competitors aren't charging anywhere near some of Tesco's prices. The whole store is starting to feel tired now not as good as it was .
The Cafe was okay and the staff were friendly, the actual value for meals here is pretty good too however, unfortunately I was disappointed as I paid 95p extra for a portion of mushrooms and potato bread. When the meal came to me, I was missing the other half to my potato bread and I got 6 tiny mushrooms, very disappointed.
I arrived at tescos at 5.30 right after work and wasn't allowed in. It is ridiculous that they do not allowed people in half an hour before close. What about the people that work late where should they get the food to eat after a long day of work? Besides that the security worker was also very rude and started shouting at the people asking to enter the shop.
Staff are disappointing and felt interrogated because I don't hold a clubcard. Also almost run over twice by staff on my last visit and they gave us a dirty look as tho we shouldn't be there
What can i say?... I just love tesco, it's got a special wee place in my heart.
Food and clothing range is getting worse, its not even enjoyable going to any tesco store anymore
Store says open to 6 on Sundays, but when I arrived at 5.30 was allowed in, only finish work round 5
